The aim of the project was to support the development of teachers. Gain new experiences from different learning practices and learning methods from other parts of the world. Acquire new experiences and practices and use them in our daily work. Also to present to colleagues what we have experienced and learned and to bring new examples, knowledge and activities of our organization that help support the development of our school. The second biggest goal of the project was to find a new cooperation partner and to jointly initiate a study migration project with the students in order to provide them with learning experiences in other parts of the world.
Võru State Upper Secondary school has been operating since 2015. The students of our school come from South Estonia and study in grades 10-12. Our school's activities are based on the quality agreement of state high schools - students are guaranteed a high-quality high school education with plenty of options. We have been operating for over 8 years and were looking for new opportunities for self-improvement.
