The purpose of implementing the project was to gain skills and knowledge of the Pivot Point learning system, its use, and the introduction of this system in its trainings.
The main activity of our company is providing barbers with initial training and organizing further training for working hairdressers and barbers. In Estonia, there is no proper education system for training barbers, but there are such education systems in other parts of the world. Therefore, we were looking for opportunities to learn more about such a system and start using it in our training institution. The purpose of the project was to gain experience using the Pivot Point learning system.
