Objectives

The Erasmus+ mobility of higher education students and staff is pivotal for Tallinn Universities internationalisation. Our goal was to facilitate student and staff exchanges, foster cultural understanding, language skills, and academic enrichment. This project, the specific goal was also to increase the number of outgoing mobilities and maximise the use of scholarships granted. We believe that our students and staffs exposure to diverse environments enhances global perspectives, contributing to a more interconnected academic community. Our emphasis was also on exploring the blended intensive programmes more in depth to make the most of the possibilities they offer. We did our best to organise all BIPs that were applied for and use all funding allocated to us. In addition our attention was on inclusion and the support that was possible to offer to the students who fell into the aforementioned category. Significant efforts were made internally within the university to disseminate information regarding these newer opportunities in the Erasmus+ programme so that the participants and the university could make the most of them (inclusion support, BIPs, etc).
