As stated in the accreditation application form one of the main motivation behind the application of Erasmus+ accreditation was to be able to create a variety of opportunities for the members of the Estonian Association of Youth Workers (ENK) from across Estonia to experience international study visits for the first time as well as to get a diverse experience and knowledge about youth work in Europe. The main objectives within the accreditation projects were to learn from other countries' youth work practice zooming in on topics like: innovation and creativity in youth work, including smart youth work, critical thinking and empathy, youth workers code of ethics and values. The overall goal was to enhance youth workers professionalisation in Estonia through the dimension of international youth work.
