The main objective was to grow knowledge about veganism, plant-based eating, and cultural awareness through daily cooking workshops - to support oneself and the people around who have chosen this lifestyle. We wanted to educate the youngsters about the benefits of going vegan or vegetarian, whether it was for our own body and health, about ethics or for the climate. Other objectives were: - To discuss different opinions and viewpoints about veganism through non-formal methods - To develop group management and team-building skills - To give the participants the opportunity to prepare a workshop themselves and get creative in the kitchen - To provide participants with valid arguments to explain their reasons for becoming vegan - To give participants knowledge about environmental issues related to agriculture and livestock farming and how it affected climate change - To provide knowledge about keeping their diet healthy and nutritious - To help them discover more about Erasmus+ and its different opportunities
