We wanted to break prejudices and stereotypes of youngsters while giving them new perspectives on the world. By showing the world is ever-changing we wanted them to start to challenge it and be more active in society as their actions can make an impact. The project wanted to help the participants to make connections between their traumas, learned behavioral patterns, and coping mechanisms on a more personal level while in a safe space to encourage sharing and vulnerability needed to tackle given topics. We wanted to make participants able to break out of patterns and improve their ability to express themselves in their mother tongue but also in English. As participants were expected to carry out different tasks they were also expected to improve in listening, communication, and presentation skills. The project's objective was to give practical knowledge of the theory about: - Self-expression, the inner critic, and self-worth - Self-image, projection, and repetition compulsion - Erasmus+ - Cultural differences (beliefs & physical boundaries) - Brain waves, different states of mind, the sub-consciousness, and meditation - Gender identity, sexuality, and gender-specific problems
