The training course was designed to equip participants with tools that could be used in daily work of the participants with mixed-ability groups of youth. It is important for us to help specialists learn how to create such methods of work that would contribute to a high level activation of cognitive activity, involving students in joint problem-oriented learning. We thought that the very good option is game-based learning. Game-based learning strategically incorporates games for relevant purposes, which can be to introduce new information, provide space for practicing skills or use it as a way to validate and assess learning. Each of the partners are using games as a tool on their daily work and everyone were interested in expanding both their knowledge of various methods and expanding the arsenal of games for their employees. In this project it was about escape rooms. This is a well-known format of work, but the levels of its adaptation to the needs of the group is an inexhaustible topic. Since our group was mixed-ability and throughout the project we talked daily about social inclusion, the participants had a lot of opportunities, practical material and experience gained to create a truly accessible escape room. The aim of the project was creation of 4-5 prototype escape rooms designed for mixed-ability groups. Also there were such goals like all project participants gained the experience of working in a mixed-ability group on an equal footing, got practical tools for working with a mixed-ability group, understood what social and educational inclusion is. Objectives were as follows: - To gain experience of working in an inclusive group; - To create for everyday work To do and Not to do lists for working with mixed-ability groups of youth; - To develop and try 4-5 educational escape rooms to be used in inclusive youth work; - To exchange experience with other participants - both the international and the professional aspect of experience are important (teachers VS youth workers with different international experience).
