By implementing this training course we were trying to have as a result youth workers, who would have project development skills and at the same time will be inclusive in all aspects, and based on the feedback, evaluations, our observation and the developed projects, we can proudly say that this aim was achieved. So we managed to develop the quality of project based youth work by supporting youth workers project management competences and inclusive approach to it, as our aim was suggesting. The objectives of the our project were: 1. Raising awareness among youth workers about inclusive approach to youth work projects, 2. Providing youth workers with competences and knowledge in the field of project writing, 3. Enriching participating organisations capacities to implement inclusive youth work, 4. Raising awareness about Erasmus+ programme opportunities to develop youth work.
