Project was designed to achieve the following objectives: Inclusive Access to DiscoverEU: Provide opportunities for at-risk and socially disadvantaged youth, who might not otherwise have the means or confidence, to participate in the DiscoverEU program. These youth often face obstacles such as financial limitations, social challenges, and lack of prior experience with independent travel. Empowerment and Skill Development: Equip participants with vital social and life skills through the experience of traveling and planning a journey. This includes fostering independence, enhancing teamwork capabilities, and improving cultural understanding. Building Sustainable Pathways: Strengthen the participating youth centers' capacity to involve at-risk youth in future Erasmus+ programs. This goal supports the creation of a sustainable framework for including vulnerable groups in educational and cultural programs. Promoting Social Inclusion: Reduce the gap between disadvantaged youth and their peers by providing experiences that increase confidence, tolerance, and community engagement. Raising Awareness and Advocacy: Use the project as a platform to demonstrate the benefits of inclusive youth programs to communities and other organizations, encouraging broader participation and systemic change..
