International Credit Mobility project is important in achieving the internationalization goals of the University of Tartu. The network of partner universities, a large alumni community with international experience and a growing number of staff and student experiences which are facilitated by the opportunities created by mobility programs, are important. UT considers developing sustainable cooperation with long-standing reputable partners most important, including the UT’s existing institutional partners outside Europe. as well to involve partners in the project according to academic demand and to engage participants from different units of the university, as well as to include underrepresented target groups and participants with fewer opportunities (including Ukrainian students). The main aim of the project is to facilitate and enliven the mobility in UT, offer students and staff the international study environment as well self development opportunities in different cultural environments, to find new and strengthen the existing cooperation with partners outside Europe.
