Our organisation wants to improve project delivery by cultivating better management and organisational skills of staff through careful, quality steps in the field of adult education. With the proposed staff action, their competencies and skills have been strengthened in this direction. With the Adult Life Skills and Team Coaching Skills stream, there was an opportunity, following examples of good practice, to gain experience in the field of organisation and implementation of Erasmus actions. Eduact thus capitalised on existing experience from other European partnerships and activities on the one hand and on the other hand fulfilled a large part of the purposes for which it was established, and played an active role in achieving the overall EU objectives through the Erasmus 2021-27 programme.
