By implementing this specific plan, we wanted to achieve the following goals: 1. Development of digital skills with the aim of integrating Roma people. 2. Holistic treatment of disadvantaged people and removal of their exclusion through differentiated ways adult education 3. Raising awareness of the organization's members about the opportunities and benefits of the Erasmus program
The Organization is active in Volos where it is the only training provider in Europe programs. The people who cooperate with the agency belong to the vulnerable social groups (Amea, Roma) and adults. Of these, a percentage of the order of 95% do not have digital ones skills. Bearing in mind all the above, the organization decided to train members with the aim of becoming trainers, volunteers and multipliers of the Roma of the area in Aliveri of Volos. in two areas: 1. in the new technologies so that the members of the union acquire specific digital skills (e.g. zoom, canvas, etc.) who will disseminate them to Roma adults with the aim of facilitating their daily life and access in knowledge, education and entertainment. 2. but also in the adult education methodology. According to the objectives of the seminar that will attend they will gain knowledge of Mantel of The Expert techniques and how to use them in working with adults.
