With the activities of the "Facing Diversity and Inclusivity in Adult Education" project through professional development of our members in such an important and topically relevant field of intercultural education we intend to provide all the equipment for their preparation and empowerment to successfully fulfill the tasks set by the new conditions of heterogeneous, multicultural adult classes coming from different cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds. In this proposal our organization has designed activities that have a dual role. On the one hand, the training / education of the adult educators of our institution in order to apply and promote in practice the principles of inclusive education and on the other hand the on-site monitoring / job observation (job Shadowing) in the field of intercultural counseling.
