The project was a fantastic opportunity to learn, exchange views and start new partnerships. Our members and Fractality itself gained new skills in communication, collaboration, systems thinking and leadership development, which will have a positive impact on the further development of our organisation. Our growth not only impacts our work but we believe it will transform our community as well. With new knowledge, tools and skills, we will be able to deliver programs that meet community needs, develop and implement new solutions. In addition, a new partnership with the partner organization was established with prospects for the future. The aim was to develop skills especially of women and women's leadership. The selected workshop fully met our needs by applying the integral method. The team of trainers is international and the organisation providing the seminars , as well as the main trainers, have participated in European projects and initiatives giving the necessary European dimension to the project.
FEMINA MAGNA is a workshop primarily for women that promotes the conscious, integrated development of body, heart, mind and spirit in harmony with self, culture and nature. The concept of integral development implies that we can achieve optimal results when we care for development in all important human dimensions. The goal was to empower women and allied men interested in empowerment, women's empowerment and leadership to develop the organizational and leadership skills that are currently required for any excellent manager/leader of programs, organizations or various kinds of groups. We are committed to education and advocates of integral theory, which we would like to apply to education in order to develop new alternative approaches, methodologies and tools. Fractality is an educational institution with increased activities based on corporate social responsibility. Our aim was to empower and inform the members in relation to gender equality and to apply the integral method to achieve this goal.
