The main objective of the project was linked to the need of the participants to improve their digital skills in order to meet the needs of the organization to be able in the future to design and organize seminars in Adult Education, with a special target group of trainees of Action KA1, both in person and at a distance, with qualitative characteristics. As we move into a New Digital Age, the implementation of the project can contribute to improving the handling of administrative work and electronic transactions of members, modernising teaching, and designing appropriate lesson plans to produce innovative educational material, incorporating the use of digital tools.
The Panhellenic Association of Innovation Open Up was established in 2020 by a group of scientists from various fields, operating on a non-profit basis. Its 45 scientist members aim to promote science, innovation, collaboration, education modernization, equality, democracy, inclusion, acceptance of diversity, environmental protection, and improving people's quality of life. We applied because the development of digital skills provides essential tools to the members of the Scientific Association to achieve its goals and for the future organization of seminars. We seek a continuous evolution of the organization and its members. Additionally, the program provides members with the opportunity to travel, to get to know other cultures and civilizations, to collaborate with European colleagues, to exchange ideas, opinions, and best practices, creating prospects for future collaborations.
