Background

Mental resilience in education has emerged as a highly significant factor in children's development. It is about the ability to adapt well to adversity, it is not a fixed individual characteristic, but a potential ability of individuals. It is associated with a positive attitude, the ability to mentally recover, the grit. When classrooms constitute mentally resilient communities, children's learning and development are maximized. Particularly in the context of the new social reality, students and teachers are called upon to live and function effectively in a rapidly changing society. To be socially prosperous, they need to have adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to recover from adversity. Recognizing its importance in education, our school sets the promotion of mental resilience as a priority goal and seeks to train its teachers with the mobility plan we implemented.
