• Through the implementation of the project, we aimed to involve as many teachers, students, and the Parents' Association as possible in the improvement of daily school life and in achieving peaceful coexistence, well-being, acceptance, cooperation, inclusion, empowerment, and strengthening of the members of the school community. • We aimed to co-create "customs" - "traditions" and to establish the culture of our school, which is expressed through or in actions for: o the active participation of students o inclusion o contribution to the collective effort o acceptance without discrimination o teamwork and at the same time the sense of personal value o individual and collective effort for the sustainable management of the school environment o the search for effective means of communication o the integration of digital media into the learning process o the externalization of special talents and inclinations through the Arts o the interdisciplinary approach to common European identity o the creation of a climate of safety, development, and creativity. • Within the existing legal framework of operation, we aimed at a creative, friendly, safe, and human-centered school environment
The return to "normality" following the COVID 19 pandemic has highlighted the consequences of social isolation on educators and students. The application was submitted in February 2022 and the project was completed in April 2024. The need for professional development of educators, especially those new to the profession, our empowerment through the exchange of good practices applied in different socio-cultural environments and the application of these practices, after first being adapted to the organization of the Greek educational system, were the criteria for participation, involvement and collaboration for this project. We set as our goals the smooth reintegration and participation of all students in the learning process and school organization, the cultivation and embedding of inclusion and cooperation with all members of the school community, and the achievement of the learning objectives of the curriculum by improving school performance and cultivating cognitive and soft skills. Throughout the implementation of the project, the above objectives ran through the individual activities that were organized either during each mobility or in the individual events for disseminating the results.
