Educators today support students with different learning needs. Therefore, the educational reality demands a universal design that will utilize strategies and means of differentiation learning with the contribution of digital media and will enhance the emotional involvement of students. The participation of teachers in the training programs aimed to train teachers to provide learning that: 1. It will contribute to the maximum involvement of students in the educational process and will boost their self-esteem. 2. It will address the social exclusion of students by helping to alleviate the stereotypes that are formed due to their academic performance 3. It will alleviate the learning problems associated with the uneven distribution of classes due to the cognitive level of students. 4. Will apply the Positive Education and Growth Mindset approach. 5. It will train the educational staff in planning and implementing lessons that will respond to the learning profile, readiness and interests of each student according to the principles of Universal Learning Design in combination with the use of New Technologies
Our school's vision is the quality upgrade of the education provided, the all-round development of the students' personality and the cultivation of social and cultural sustainability. The students of our school come from diverse backgrounds. In addition, their learning level is distinguished by heterogeneity. The school unit considers its contribution essential for understanding the difference between equal others and in reality in practice. In this context, the ultimate goal is the training of teachers at a theoretical and practical level in both Positive Education and Universal Learning Design and the use of New Technologies to create a pedagogical climate that will ensure opportunities for equal access to learning, will strengthen the aspects of their lives: academic, social and emotional, will be based on cultivating acceptance and diversity, eliminating stereotypes and preventing stressful situations experienced by students. These opportunities are transformed into real learning in the students' social environment, in their families, in the labor market, in daily school interactions.
