Our school envisions an environment where all students will have equal opportunities for education, free speech, and expression. The following goals were set: Integration and inclusion of students with learning difficulties into classes. To achieve this, training and job shadowing were conducted in institutes and a school employing differentiated teaching methods and innovative learning processes. The use of digital tools and the adoption of innovative practices give students and educators a collaborative role in the educational process, stimulate student interest, and contribute to self-assessment and self-improvement. For this reason, we chose to train teachers in ICT, podcast creation, and flipped and blended classrooms. The digital modernization of the school, aiding in administrative upgrading and improving its functions, providing flexibility in management. Strengthening the school's outreach and reinforcing its European identity through partnerships with organizations and schools abroad. This experience will make us ambassadors and mentors of common European values.
Based on the needs identified in the school association meetings, the goals were a) training in blended learning techniques as a supplementary means to face-to-face teaching, and b) familiarization with the use of modern ICT tools, educational methods, and teaching aids that support and enhance the assimilation of provided knowledge. The introduction of ICT tools in the teaching process allows students to approach knowledge multimodally, thus reducing learning inequalities and providing learning incentives to all, regardless of their educational background. At the same time, the increasing number of students with learning difficulties makes it necessary to be trained in innovative practices and specialized teaching methods, with the aim of integrating them into general classes. Additionally, there was a pursuit of engagement with European education and administration systems to improve the efficient operation of the school, expand its European dimension, and develop a more outward-looking profile.
