With the implementation of the program we want: -Our school to become more updated, to provide high level of knowledge and to cultivate the skills of students needed to achieve their individual development in all forms of social activity from active citizenship to successful labor market integration. -Teachers equipped with appropriate pedagogical tools to implement student-based teaching successfully. -Teachers to acquire the knowledge but also to feel confident that they possess the necessary knowledge to successfully cope with the increased demands of the Model School. Emotional security of teachers will result in a positive interaction with the trainees (pupils, students or teachers). - The cultivation of consciousness of European citizen while preserving the national identity and the cultural self-knowledge.
The real aim of education is the personal development and successful integration of young people in society. This specific aim can be achieved by ensuring that students can develop their personality, can cultivate critical thinking, can cooperate and can develop self-esteem. To ensure these conditions there is an ongoing effort by the international educational community to implement good learning practices. The school aims with this application to education - training of participants in teaching practices applied in recent years, which according to the international literature have very positive effects on student performance, such as learning by solving realistic problems, educational robotics or STEM training. Training in new teaching approaches will benefit the school in many ways.
