Objectives

The active involvement of all students is a challenge for every teacher. We have chosen this particular project because we want to be properly trained to know the value of diversity and the benefits of it. Thus, we shall be able to support a safe, friendly, qualitative and effective, educational environment based on the principles of inclusion and cooperation that will support the capabilities and needs of all students, aiming at the continuous and all-round development and progress of all children. We seek to help all students to know their strengths and weaknesses and to utilize them to develop positive self-esteem and claim the position they deserve in society. In particular, our goals include: 1. to get to know ways to meet all needs and utilize the different abilities of students, applying the concept of equality in the course 2. to learn educational practices, techniques and learning strategies to prevent isolation, taking advantage of peer interaction and mutual support, which are fundamental to building social skills and self-confidence. 3. to cultivate empathy 4. to learn how to use ICT tools to empower all students.
