We decided to apply because: 1. Our school will participate for the first time in the new ERASMUS 2021-2027 program. 2. Because we have a large organization with a capacity of 628 children and 64 teachers where our training could have a great diffusion. 3. Because we are doing environmental programs and our additional training will upgrade our level of knowledge about these programs. 4. Because as combative teachers we could make good use of stress management techniques for our students in the educational process but also help ourselves and our colleagues to manage our emotions and improve our mental endurance. 5. We want our students to interact with students from a school in another European country to gain experience and social skills. 6 In order to gain as an organization the benefits of the experience of an erasmus program.
