The objectives of the program are: -the empowerment of the role of 3rd Junior High School of Charilaou, -the increase of extroversion and its interaction with other European organizations, -Training up ideas for the use of ICT in the classroom, - engaging more students in learning and to a greater extent, -professional development-improvement of teachers, -the personalization of teaching. Our main aim is to evaluate, assess and adopt new teaching methods by using ICT that create the right incentives and to increase the interest of children in school. The participating teachers have a different role in our school and will be the dissemination and exploitation team of the results for all teachers in our school.
Our school's action plan is one-year and its implementation is expected to contribute to the European growth plan and the way it evolves. The implementation of the project is expected to have a positive effect on the professional and personal development of the participants and to take a drastic step in the upgrading of our school. In addition to the fact that it lacks flexibility in getting the student energetically involved in the learning process. For this purpose, in the context of the development of our project, actions have been selected that will help to meet the needs of the school, focusing on the upgrading, modernization and internationalization of its mission. More specifically, it was considered necessary to involve five (5) teachers in the action entitled "Strategies for improving the classroom atmosphere and student motivation in Schools: A Modern Challenge for Teachers" with the aim of gaining experience and transferring know-how from the Institute " Cervantes Training "
