As a school we strongly felt the need to improve the quality and effectiveness of our teaching and social work as well as to strengthen our European identity and extroversion. A basic need was also to improve the efficiency of the school, with the aim of offering equal opportunities for learning development and strengthening learning autonomy. The aim of the school was to use the flipped classroom method, which transfers the delivery of the lesson outside the classroom (through video), so that the teaching time in the classroom is dedicated to interaction and active participation of the students, necessary in a vocational school with many laboratory class hours. Another goal was the transformation of teachers into "counselor teachers", in order to achieve an improvement in the quality of life of teachers and students, through the creation of a favorable climate in the school.
