It is part of the life of an organization to use coaching, consulting or supervision to help its professionals perform at their best.. This structured course is for educators who wish to build a school culture where teachers work together , they visit each other's classes for mutual learning and growth. In addition, it provides the basic principles of coaching and skills necessary for building relationships, professional communication, classroom observation and providing formative feedback in coaching and counseling. Our Lyceum provides three years of study to our students. In the first grade, all general education subjects are taught. In the second grade, the students are divided into two orientation groups, where greater weight is given to the subjects of the group they have chosen. They successfully complete their studies in the third grade with the main aim of their Admission to the Higher Educational Institutions of our country. Students during their studies also participate in other activities apart from their basic education, such as sports competitions, etc.
