Our school is a small provincial school in a rustic- tourist area. Our pupils come from various social and economic backgrounds, having different linguistic (bilinguals or foreign) and cultural roots. Therefore, they display a wide range of different attitudes towards the learning process, which is being reflected on their performance. Respecting the diverse and promoting the advantages of multiculturalism, we aim for the inclusivity of our organization. We strive for everybody’s participation, for both the students’ and the teachers’ personal growth. Thus, what is considered of great importance is the retraining of our teachers in order to achieve planning and implementation skills of innovative teaching methods of the learning process, so that they could potentiate the features which are going to assist them in responding to a European, multicultural, inclusive, educational environment, in a maximum efficiency.
