Objectives

The training courses will enable the teachers to motivate our teaching staff even more about European projects and to use the project work as a means to expand the intercultural, linguistic and social skills of the students. The seminar experiences will give a boost of motivation for intercultural learning and intercultural cooperation and make working in schools with European projects more effective. By expanding these skills, our students will be better prepared for the requirements of the European and international job market in the future.

Background

I suggested my school for this project because there is a great deal of motivation within the teaching staff to continue their intercultural training. This also applies to language and media education. My personal motivation is also very high to learn more in the field of intercultural studies and project management.
