Objectives

Firstly, we would like to get support in organisation and management of European project. Secondly, we would like to improve our intercultural competencies. Thirdly, we think that more teachers will be motivated to participate in projects. Fourthly, the implementation of European projects will instill the European idea to both teachers, students and their parents. We consider that participation in such projects can be a very important aspect of our everyday teaching and learning procedures, widen their views of he world, the community, the idea of inclusion.

Background

Our school is very interested in participating in European projects. In order to do so, we need to improve our intercultural competencies as well as our project management skills. Additionally, we believe that our involvement in the project (training course) will allow us to make contacts with other schools around Europe. We would like to participate or create a network of schools with similar interests and motivation. We also think that teacher participants will become the mentors to other school staff and motivate them to become members of the wider educational European community that will also allow exchange of teaching and learning methods.
