We wanted to be able to improve the antisocial behavior of students who engage in physical and verbal violence, to properly manage the students who receive it, and therefore to train them in combating and managing discrimination and violence in the school environment. Also, our goal was to increase their presence in the classroom but also to take an active part in the lesson. We wanted to acquire techniques and methods that motivate children to take an active role in the lesson and not just endure the process.
Violence and harassment in the country's schools is something that is of great concern to the entire educational community and our school is no exception. major issue. The daily life of these children is shaped by special conditions (sexism, racism) that often complicate the work of our staff both at administrative and educational level. The atmosphere created by these incidents greatly affects the atmosphere inside the classroom because they create a diffuse polarization that distracts students from the lesson and reduces their performance. So, through our participation in Erasmus, we wanted to attend learning activities related to the above topics.
