Through the proposed project we aim to improve the quality of teaching and learning in school education by supporting the professional development of school principals and staff of Directorate of Secondary Education of Ioannina in the issue of Forward-looking strategies for School Management and to contribute to the creation of the European Education Area through the development of capacity of the Directory schools to participate in cross-border collaborations and implement mobility projects.
The Directorate of Secondary Education of Ioannina comes in contact with the directorates of the school units of the prefecture, in order to face problems arising from the relations between teachers-students-parents. The main goal of the planned training is to develop skills related to the management and organization of schools, taking into account both the pedagogical and organizational aspects. We firmly believe that with the participation of the staff of the Secondary Education of Ioannina in a training of a European Program, they will acquire skills through innovative strategies, methods and tools of teaching and learning, necessary for the modern teacher of the 21st century.
