Objectives

The, as far as possible, greater involvement of the school's teachers (mainly ΠE70) in collaborative actions aimed at developing an intra-school culture of cooperation. This led us to apply for participation in training programmes with themes based on collaborative actions through art, technology and soft skills. The ultimate goal is to create an inclusive school for all human resources (teachers and students).

Background

The main purpose of the Project was the cultivation of soft skills through art in an experiential way with the participation of all, without exclusion. The recording of needs through questionnaires led to the organization of targeted activities such as:an advent calendar of positive behaviors,a tree of emotions,a friendship bench, friendship rules, the adoption of students of the First grade by students of the Sixth grade, love bags, cooperative singing, the establishment of a Parents' Group.Regarding the initial objectives,a fairy tale was created in the form of relay writing,as a result of dance therapy sessions by an expert.Colourful floor games were created in the courtyard and board game days were organised.A 3D colourful daisy(heroine of the collaborative fairy tale and logo of the Project)was made.An eTwinning Project was created with the title: "Hands tight...a hug" with the participation of all teachers. The theatrical events at the closing ceremony included concepts such as teamwork, social skills and cooperation in an open and colourful school for all.The establishment of a cooperative climate within the school, the involvement of parents in activities, the artistic creations mentioned are some of the sustainable results.
