Objectives

Increasing our success by 10% every year by increasing diversity and inclusion in education and preventing direct and indirect discrimination in the 3-year period until 2025. If learner diversity is seen as a challenge rather than a problem, educational inclusion offers a fundamental entry point for schools: identifying individual talents in all shapes and forms and creating the conditions for their development are key factors in increasing success. Unfortunately, the classical methods and techniques our teachers use Learning goals that are not accessible to all students, stereotypes in textbooks lead to neglect of needs, which causes our students to move away from our education system. We, as responsible teachers, will increase the inclusion and diversity practices in the training program we will implement, and we will prevent direct or indirect discrimination and develop a sense of trust. Thus, inclusion and diversity practices will motivate our students, positive feedback will be provided to our students who are more motivated, and our success rate will increase by 10% every year.An academic success scale will be created by the teachers of our school by regularly measuring academic success every 2 months.

Background

At our corporate strategic meeting at the beginning of the 2021-2022 academic year; A general evaluation was made of the one-to-one student interviews conducted with all our students in the last 3 years of our guidance service. In the student interviews, 65% of our children stated that the teachers could not realize them,45% could not acquire skills according to their interests, 65% did not see themselves in an equal environment, 46% stated that they could not feel themselves in the society due to their disadvantaged situation. At the meeting, we discussed our needs to create an education model for each child's interests and abilities, to increase the success of all children, not just those with differences, to increase the quality of each individual's educational development without making any disadvantaged discrimination, and to bring innovative practices to our teachers.
