The aim of this mobility scheme was to gain knowledge and skills from our school students during a two (2) week internship in suitably selected workplaces in Seville, Spain. At the same time as this main objective, the students who participated in the mobility improved their language communication skills and strengthened their self-confidence as they were asked to move and act in a modern working environment full of challenges and opportunities. The accompanying teachers, who framed the plan, acquired additional skills, such as administrative and managerial fluency in coordinating the program.
