The aim of this programme was to provide the trainees with appropriate skills, skills useful for the labour market and the participants' rehabilitation in the local and European labour market. We also aimed to develop transversal skills from the participants (critical thinking, cooperative spirit, English language) useful both in their social and professional life. Finally, with this project we hope to give a European character to our institution and we strengthened the networking of our organisation with institutions/businesses/organisations abroad and with other EU countries.
This project was an important training opportunity for the students of our school and their smooth transition to the labor market, especially the local labor market with its special needs in the tourism sector. At the same time, it aimed to provide trainees students with skills (both professional and transversal) that are very important to society in the 21st century, with the excessive speed of digitization of our lives and our daily work. Digital marketing is a necessary condition for any business and even more so for a tourism business and at the same time it is an important factor in promotion the place and the people of an area.
