The Principal, the Project Team and the seventeen 5-member class councils, representing all students, thoroughly discussed in September 2021 the needs-challenges of our organization in relation to the needs of the labor market, we found that the dominant problem we face is the “Mismatch offered knowledge-skills to our students in relation to the needs of the Labor Market (Skills mismatch), both at a professional and personal level, as well as the lack of knowledge of the English language-terminology, the low qualification of the students, the lack of formal qualifications, the minimum knowledge of the program Erasmus+? of the EU and its opportunities, as well as the fear of living and working in another European country. All of this, combined with the possibility of financing such a project through European Funding (Erasmus+) which will help to eliminate the above difficulties and support school students, formed the framework of our project and our organization.
