The participation of our students in the program and their internship in places outside of Greece provided them with all the required experience, covering the weaknesses and shortcomings of the Greek educational system. After all, the sectors chosen for participation in the mobility plan were those in which the country, although in great need, does not offer the right opportunities for contact with the new know-how. We therefore firmly believe that with this project we have provided important resources to our students for their future employment and awakened their entrepreneurial spirit. The trainees of D. IEK Neapolis through their participation in Erasmus+ had the opportunity to develop their professional knowledge and the use of a foreign language and to learn specialized vocabulary.
The constant change in the needs of the labor market as well as the trend of internationalization that prevails in recent years, make it necessary to improve all the educational institutions of the country at all levels, including the D.IEK. This therefore makes it imperative that young people who are now looking for work have as many and valuable qualifications as possible in order to be competitive in their industry and to be quickly absorbed by various high-level companies. The D.IEK Neapolis knows that education and the dictates of society must be harmonized and move in parallel. With this in mind, the institute participates in various European programs, such as Erasmus+.
