- The acquisition of program organization and management skills, -The acquisition of knowledge and information on new professional methods, -The recording of new technologies and tools, -The organization and presentation of the information to the other staff on their return -The strengthening of their personal resume -Strengthening and practicing in a language other than the mother tongue -The extension of the knowledge of the terminology of the profession to another language other than the mother tongue. It is very important that they were in contact with the working culture of other countries, many of them not even had the opportunity to travel abroad under other conditions, let alone to work in high-level companies.
Our goals since the realization of the mobility program are multiple. Nowadays, many young people choose to complete their studies in secondary education in a professional high school. This is because many of them know from an early age what they really want to deal with and choose a particular specialty. But unfortunately in the region of Macedonia, where most graduates of the NRA are located. No provision has been made for their entry into the labor market. Thus, at the moment, the graduates of the NRPs are driven into unemployment and unrelated training, leading to the loss of great minds and low pay as unskilled employees. Again, as an educational organization that wants to help children from low social- economic levels, it aimed to give the opportunity to their students to practice abroad in real working conditions.
