Through the participation of the organization in this mobility project we aimed to meet the need that exists in KEK DIAS for the creation of a human potential of VET trainers of high level and internationally recognized training. The training of trainers in innovative training techniques in the field of adult education had a double benefit: Firstly to the organization which is able to harmonize the team of trainers based on modern training standards by offering upgraded quality training programs. Secondly, the trainees of KEK DIAS were able to attend upgraded, more efficient and based on new innovative practices training programmes to meet their learning needs more adequately.
As an educational and advisory organisation and lifelong learning centre, through this project KEK DIAS sought to realise its vision of transforming itself into a competitive European-scale VET institution while developing the skills and experience of its trainers in providing education and training opportunities and support to people with low education and specialisation, promoting excellence and quality in vocational education and training. In this context and in line with the main pillars of the organisation's development at the educational and organisational level, KEK DIAS aimed to train its staff to become an institution with experience in both the implementation of educational programmes based on modern educational standards and innovation in terms of management and adult training practices.
