Internationalization is one of the main long-term goals of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU) which is implemented through the Office of International Relations. Therefore, a clear strategy has been formulated in this direction. With the program's implementation, we want to expand the spirit of cooperation in an international environment for both students and academic staff. Improving the knowledge of the history and culture of the partner countries will lead to the alleviation of xenophobia and racism and the improvement of a foreign language. At the same time, the academic staff, apart from the experience they will gain from teaching to a different international audience, will get to know different educational systems, allowing the development of new collaborations. The program in its initial approval provided for the grant of 55 students for Studies, 88 for internships, 31 positions for staff training, and 21 professorships for teaching. The final total of transfers made with the program was 139 in total for studies and internships and 52 for staff training and teaching. Overall achieved 100% utilization of the program.
