Harokopio University of Athens (HUA) continues to support and promote the Erasmus+ mobility programme for students, faculty and administrative staff in all ways, in recognition to its positive effect on the entire university community. The Erasmus+ programme is considered a central factor in our university's internationalization strategy. Participating in the programme, HUA has consolidated and strengthened its position on the map of European University Institutions and has achieved higher levels of extroversion and internationalisation. The major goal of the 2022 project, was to develop a supportive environment for both incoming and outgoing participants and to further encourage new mobility opportunities (virtual or blended mobility). Within the 2022 project, a total of eighty-three (83) mobilities were implemented of which seventy-one (71) involved students and twelve (12) mobilities involved faculty and administrative staff. The goal number of 83 mobilities has been achieved with slight variations across the mobility categories.
