The University is dedicated to maximizing the benefits of the Erasmus+ project. The project was implemented to boost collaborations with higher education institutions (HEIs). Its main goals include increasing mobility for both students and staff, which supports the University's broader internationalization efforts. A key element of our strategic plan is to prioritize the professional and personal growth of our academic community. This involves sharing best practices and teaching methods, allowing students to experience a variety of teaching and research approaches in their studies. Additionally, the University aims to raise its academic standards through partnerships and joint activities with international colleagues. We see the mobility of teaching staff as a way to improve the quality of our educational programs. Similarly, the mobility of administrative staff is expected to help us adopt best practices in administrative functions. The project is also crucial for enhancing the learning experience and fostering intercultural understanding among participating students, which greatly contributes to the personal and professional development of our graduates.
