The main goal was to develop the academic, professional, and personal skills of the participants through mobility with partners from third countries, as well as to enhance the quality of education at the University of Thessaly by integrating innovative teaching methods and practices that meet the needs of the modern labor market. Additionally, the aim was to promote intercultural understanding and cooperation through interaction between different cultures, and to establish long-term academic and research partnerships with educational institutions from third countries. Through this process, the best possible preparation of participants was sought to enable them to meet the demands of the global labor market, as intercultural interaction fosters understanding of different cultures through joint activities and language practice. Long-term collaborations with institutions from third countries are created, strengthening the international character of the University. Participants improve language and cultural skills, preparing them for the challenges of the global labor market.
