Through the implementation of the project, we aimed to maintain and strengthen international collaborations, improve the quality of services provided, increase the mobility of students and staff, as well as enhance the internationalization of the University of West Attica (UNIWA). Although the initially approved number of mobilities was 32, a total of 55 were ultimately carried out. This was made possible thanks to the flexible and efficient management of available resources and the successful reallocation of funds. This outcome highlights both the growing demand for collaboration with the University of West Attica and its strong European and international presence, confirming its position as a reliable partner in the global academic community. Key objectives pursued — and largely achieved — include the cultural integration of incoming participants, continuous communication with the broader academic community, support for socially vulnerable groups and people with disabilities through upgraded services and equal participation opportunities, improvements in administrative operations, and a coordinated, comprehensive effort to boost the university’s visibility and promote European values through the Erasmus+ program.
