Objectives

Through the youth accreditation , we engaged 136 participants across four activities involving 40 organizations from 26 countries and 28 nationalities. Each activity had unique objectives focusing on inclusion through music, ICT skills, LGBTQA+ rights, combating xenophobia, and fostering networking. The youth exchange "Music Uproots Stereotypes and Exclusion" (M.U.S.E.) in Stratoni, Greece, involved 62 participants from 10 countries. The project's main aim was to raise awareness of Europe's diversity by sharing cultures, languages, and traditions, using non-formal education and music, culminating in a music festival in Stratoni. Objectives included: Introducing people to music through their experiences and social structures. Improving musical skills and providing new knowledge through workshops. Developing cooperation strategies through non-formal learning. Understanding stereotypes, inclusion, and tolerance. Promoting social inclusion and solidarity. Fostering transnational cooperation for internationalization and innovation in music. Enhancing linguistic competencies and promoting European linguistic diversity. Providing opportunities to learn values and feel like active EU citizens. The training course "Colorful United Training of Empowerment'' (C.U.T.E.) brought together 32 participants in Stratoni, Greece, including youth, NGO workers, and educators from nine countries. The main objective was to educate youth workers on LGBTI+ identities and rights. Objectives included: Fostering an inclusive environment for LGBTI+ people at the workplace. Helping youth workers include LGBTI+ community members. Exchanging good practices on LGBTI+ inclusion and gender equality. Creating a safe learning space for reflection and exchange. Enhancing competences in supporting awareness of trainers. The "Think Digi – Embracing the Digital Age" training course involved 32 participants from 17 countries. It focused on design thinking, ICT, and digitalization, promoting cultural diversity, learning digital tools, improving critical thinking, creating content, and exploring job market opportunities. We also organized an event to connect organizations involved in volunteering and conducted a study visit in the Aristotelis municipality. Ten participants from ten organizations attended, representing eight countries. The activity showcased our volunteering activities' conduct, location, results, and organization. Activities included: Networking sessions to share agendas and fields of activity. Visits to four organizational facilities in Thessaloniki.
