The project consisted of four activities: - The training course "For better evaluation in non-formal education" focused on innovative evaluation methods in the context of non-formal education. The objectives of the course were as follows 1- To enable a group of youth workers, youth workers and youth project managers from Europe and other countries around the world active in non-formal education for young people to share their experiences, expertise and best practices on different evaluation methods in non-formal youth activities. 2- Create a portfolio with the participants of our training course (An innovative evaluation method for hybrid and blended non-formal education for young people) to help the target group become better able to select the most appropriate evaluation methods, and to learn how to get out and use the results of their evaluations to improve and ensure the success of their activities/projects. 3 - To support NGOs/institutions active in non-formal education for young people to engage in a methodical evaluation process in order to better manage their projects and activities, but also to enable them to reveal and make more visible the direction of their projects. - The "Youth Art for Change" youth exchange focused on art, social inclusion and sustainable development. The objectives of the youth exchange were as follows 1- To encourage the social inclusion of young people with disabilities, in precarious situations and/or from immigrant backgrounds from different European countries, and to promote the active citizenship of these young people through combined artistic practices. 2- To raise awareness among the young participants of the values of sustainable development through artistic practices, enabling them to strengthen their commitment to their community and help to correct the negative impact of our way of life on the planet and its inhabitants. 3- Experimenting with and disseminating innovative methods for the non-formal education of young people in the values of sustainable development and their commitment to playing a crucial role in their community. - The "Connecting and acting through youth spaces" training course focused on the creation and management of youth spaces by and for young people. The objectives of the course were as follows 1- To strengthen engagement and cooperation with our partners to develop and articulate a vision for the future of real and virtual spaces for young people. 2- To enable a group of youth workers to develop skills and competencies on how to strengthen the participation of young people in the process of creating and managing youth spaces. 3- To exchange practices encouraging the participation of young people in the creation and development of their real and virtual spaces, and to share their national context on the subject. 4- To reflect on and jointly create tools that will help network members in their future processes of supporting youth workers and their target young people in the creation and management of real and virtual spaces, including those with fewer opportunities. 5- Raise awareness of the EU's youth strategy, the youth participation strategy and the legacy of the European Year of Youth. - The "Video tutorials on engineering for young people: solving a problem and becoming an engineer" course focused on the technique and pedagogy of creating and using video tutorials to work with young people. The objectives of the course were as follows 1- To raise awareness among a group of youth workers of the educational potential of interactive tutorial videos in non-formal education, focusing on innovative methods for actively involving young people in the development and management of physical and virtual youth spaces. 2- Sharing good practice between youth workers, in relation to the management of youth spaces (on-site and virtual) enabling young people to develop multiple skills and strengthen their active citizenship; and methods for creating interactive tutorial videos for young people. 3- To enable a group of youth workers from different European and non-European countries to develop technical and pedagogical skills in the design and creation of interactive tutorial videos for young people and non-formal education, in conjunction with the appropriate management of youth facilities.
