It provided valuable insights into potential entrepreneurial opportunities in these domains by identifying the interests and trends of young people. The project's specialized support to young individuals interested in establishing entrepreneurial ventures addressed financial constraints and guided them toward successful business models. Moreover, by elevating the perception and attractiveness of vocational education and training, it encouraged young people to explore entrepreneurship as a pathway for personal and professional growth. Ultimately, the project's contribution to the overall economic development of the country and Europe was significant, as it cultivated a new generation of skilled, innovative, and motivated individuals - entrepreneurs in the agrifood sector, fostering economic growth and promoting innovation within these industries. The objectives were achieved through our structured activity in Greece, Thessaloniki between 22/5/23 - 26/5/23. The 5-day mobility program was meticulously designed based on the principles and practices of non-formal education, taking into account the specific needs, motivations, and experiences of our target group. The primary aim was to ensure active participation, sustained interest, and a balanced approach between theoretical knowledge and practical application. To achieve this, the team of AGRIBUILDERS employed a diverse range of working methods, including: -Real-life case studies that enable participants to connect theoretical concepts with practical situations and foster a deeper understanding of the subject matter. -Engaging in integration games and interactive workshops to encourage teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities among the participants. -Informative theoretical presentations followed by interactive discussions to encourage critical thinking and stimulate meaningful exchanges of ideas. -Participants were provided with opportunities for individual and group reflection, allowing them to internalize their learning experiences and make personal connections. -Outdoor activities were thoughtfully included to enhance participants' learning experiences and enable them to explore the beautiful surroundings of Thessaloniki.
