Our goal was: - to gather and study, separately for each partner, information on the possibilities of establishing a startup young business - to exchange this information and knowledge between us and create a practical guide (endre guide), for establishing and operating a young startup business - to train 5 people from each partner organization, who, as ambassadors and with the help of the guide, will be able to guide the young people of our local communities to turn their ideas into startup businesses, thus contributing to reducing unemployment, strengthening of youth entrepreneurship and the integration of young people into society
Wanting to contribute to the integration of people with fewer opportunities and the active participation of young people in the local economy, we submitted this proposal. The needs identified for the above were: -to transform the theoretical knowledge of the young people of our region with relevant studies and a wealth of information from the internet, into practical knowledge and scalable actions, in order to establish and operate a youth entrepreneurship center. -to do successful case studies, measurement and evaluation of our capabilities by experienced people in the market world, - lack of support structures, lack of culture for innovative entrepreneurship, fear of failure.
