The Conselleria de Educación, Cultura y Deporte is the department of the Consell de la Generalitat Valenciana with competence in education, formal vocational training, culture and cultural promotion, language policy and sport in the Valencian Community (Spain). This educational administration is responsible for non-university educational policies in the Valencian Community, therefore, it has competences in education and vocational training in non-university stages of public and private-concerted centers of the Valencian Community. For the first time, the education inspectorate of the Valencian Community carries out as such and as a service an experience of internationalization of these characteristics of quality training in European environments and participates in learning by observation mobilities with educational centers and inspection services, focusing on adult education centers whose participation in the Erasmus+ program is lower than that of other educational sectors and sometimes more difficult to implement. In a more generic context, the mobilities have allowed to know organizational and operational aspects of these centers in other European environments.
