Our first objective was to foster the professional development of our teachers, especially in the areas of digitalization and new methodologies and pedagogical approaches. Our second objective was to start our school's participation in the Erasmus+ program.
We are IES Castelao, a secondary education school located in a lower-middle class neighborhood in the city of Vigo (Galicia). We offer secondary education (ESO and baccalaureate) in ordinary (scholar) and adult education modalities. In the scholar modality we have about 700 students and we are part of a digitalization program of our community, so all ESO students in the ordinary modality have a computer provided by the school.
