Through the implementation of this project, we aimed to achieve the following: 1. Promoting environmental awareness within our educational community and equipping our students with the values, skills, and attitudes necessary for balanced coexistence with their environmental and social surroundings. 2. Assisting our students in sustainably managing their emotional world, enabling them to develop as well-rounded individuals, enhance the quality of their relationships, and ultimately improve the world we inhabit. 3. Raising awareness among students about the issue of climate change, its causes, and consequences. We provided guidelines to empower them to propose context-specific solutions and take individual and collective actions to mitigate its impact. 4. Addressing the digital transformation within our school and guiding our students to establish a healthy relationship with technology, harnessing its full potential as an educational resource. All the activities and actions carried out have significantly contributed to achieving each of these objectives. Upon project completion, we can confidently say that they have been widely attained
Our project is framed within a context of transformation and awareness in the face of a series of changes that are affecting society as a whole: - Climate change and its environmental consequences. - Digital transformation and its impact on education. - Emotional health and its consequences for personal and social development. For this purpose, we have developed and implemented multiple actions and activities over a period of 15 months aimed at improving the sustainability of our school and our environment. These efforts align with the mentioned context and have involved various members of our educational community (students, teachers, families, and local institutions), as well as five schools from different countries. The international dimension of the Erasmus+ program has been an added value in achieving our planned objectives. It has provided us with different tools, ideas, and approaches, and allowed us to share common concerns related to the same topics. Additionally, it has enabled us to promote our project at an international level.
